Huntingdonshire Green Party opens nomination for Prospective Parliamentary selection

Huntingdonshire Green Party has opened their selection process for local party members to nominate and select the next Prospective Parliamentary candidate to stand for the Green Party in Huntingdon and St. Neots.

Nominations opened on Saturday for the first round of nominees, and if no self-defined female nominees have put themselves forward a second call will be put to the local membership.

Voting for Huntingdonshire Green members opens on Sunday 1st September from 6pm and for those standing in the internal election, campaigning will begin on the same day. Hustings for members to hear first hand from nominees will be on Tuesday 3rd September from 7pm. Voting will close at 6pm on Saturday with results formally announced on Tuesday 15th September at 6pm.
